Living as he does, half the year right near Pietrasanta in Italy, where Michelangelo gathered much of the marble he worked with, a village also packed full of bronze foundrys. Will McBride began sculpting in the late 70's. Next to the studios of Itenry Moore, Ipustegy, Mitoria McBride made his first pieces.
It was a release from Magazine photographs to work in there dimensions. And the bronze he made were a good source of income.
